Land with farmhouse under construction for sale. We are in the Municipality of Arcidosso at about 600 meters above sea level, in a very quiet area on the road leading to Monticello Amiata. We offer for sale a plot of land of approximately 2 hectares, consisting of arable land and woodland, in a pleasant natural setting.

The land has access from a dirt road of about 500 meters, which directly connects to the provincial road. On the land, there was an old ruin that, with a project presented to the municipality, obtained permission for a change of use to a residential property with an area of about 110 sqm. The project was to create a single-level house that would have a proper connection to the surrounding nature, fully enjoying the surrounding land.
